My Whickham Pilates and Reformer Studio is a calm, friendly space where people of all ages and abilities come to build strength, improve balance and move with more confidence. I keep everything simple, supportive and tailored so that you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Alongside my studio sessions, I also offer high quality Zoom Pilates, which means you can join from home and still receive clear guidance and a great workout.
