Tae Kwon Do @ Strathmore Road Methodist Church

At Strathmore Road Methodist Church, Tae Kwon Do classes are held every Monday, offering sessions for various age groups and skill levels. 

The schedule includes the: 

Little Dragons class for children aged 4-7 from 5:00 pm to 5:30 pm, followed by the Juniors class for ages 8-13 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm 

There is also a sparring and fitness drills session open to all members and non-members from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm, and a Seniors class for those aged 14 and above from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm 

These classes provide a great opportunity for participants to learn self-defense, improve fitness, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
