Finding Neuro - A Community space for Neurodivergent adults

Hello! Finding Neuro is back for 2026.

Join us for a calm, welcoming community, good food, and meaningful discussions

This is a weekly group run by and for neurodivergent adults (18+) 
You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend and friends/family are also very welcome

FRIDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER: RETURN TO BENSHAM GROVE. 

Catch up and discussion about our summers, and relaxed chat!  Bring your ideas for future meetings and which subjects you'd like covered!  

Whether you feel like chatting or listening in with a cuppa, you’re always welcome.
We also do extra events/nature walks on occasion (details will be updated on this page) 

We usually meet in the sitting room, with the conservatory + garden set aside as a quiet rest area

4th September - Bensham Grove

11th September - Outdoors, meeting in Newcastle

18th September - Bensham Grove

25th September - Gateshead Central Library.

2nd October - Bensham Grove

9th October - Outdoors

16th October, 23rd October - Bensham Grove

30th October - No meeting but some of us will be at Bensham Grove's Night Market trading!

6th November through to 18th December - Bensham Grove.
