Our Creative Gateshead Safe Space group connects people struggling with their mental health to a network of support, with bi-weekly hosted and peer-lead sessions surrounding art-based activities designed to help you build better coping strategies to support better health and wellbeing.

Try out new creative activities on the gorgeous grounds of St Mary's Heritage Centre, home to various events including free tours, wellbeing walks and volunteer opportunities.

If you feel lonely, isolated, worried or anxious, then group support could help.

The group meet bi-weekly on Wednesday's at St Mary's Heritage Centre, Gateshead.

To attend, please self-refer. Click here to get started.

We also accept referrals on someone’s behalf, with their consent, by health, charity and other practitioners from services.
