Gateshead Indoor Bowling Club

Welcome to Gateshead Indoor Bowling Club, established in 1975. Our membership is around 370 in total.

In 2015 the members took on the club by asset transfer from local council and we became a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, run entirely by volunteers.

We welcome all bowlers either experienced or new - with qualified coaches to assist. There is a full programme of leagues - men’s, ladies and mixed. We are continually looking to improve our facilities and have many plans for the future.

We are a friendly and welcoming 8 rink indoor bowling centre open for casual and league bowling. Facilities open 1st week of August until mid April the following year. 

Summer Bowling commences early May to mid Aug.
