Memory Protection Service (CNTW NHS Trust) Services The Memory Protection Service carries out Initial assessments and Diagnostic appointments at Gateshead Health Centre and at home if required. Dementia Nurse Practitioners Services The service consists of two dementia nurse practitioners who work within the acute hospital setting within the Queen Elizabeth (QE) Hospital in Gateshead We support people living with dementia during a hospital admission. A Year of Staying Active at Teams and Bensham Community Care Information Back in November 2022, the Teams and Bensham Community Care charity celebrated after receiving £2,500 from the Inman Charity to help local older people to improve their physical wellbeing.
