Friday 10:00am to 2:30pm @ TIME Hub, Bill Quay Community Farm NE10 0UE
At these drop-ins, you will be able to meet with one of our emotional wellbeing and mental health practitioners who can help guide you to the pathway to reach your goals or can support you in problem solving to help overcome any challenges you might be facing. This might include:
- Feeling anxious
- Low self-confidence
- Struggling with friendships
- Difficulty managing anger
- Challenges in communicating emotions
- Worrying about school
- and anything else you may wish to have a chat about
Please pop along and have a look at our hub or meet our practitioners if you do have any questions or worries about accessing the hubs, we are ready to welcome you here!
To access our support, you will be required to register via our registration form on our website. This can be done with your practitioner during the session if you are 14 or over. If you are under 13, please bring along a parent/carer/trusted adult who can complete this form on your behalf!
