Monthly Ceilidhs at Gateshead Masonic Hall
Our monthly ceilidh nights are open to all, whether you’re a complete beginner or a more experienced ceilidh dancer.
Held on the SECOND Tuesday of every month

from 7.00 pm until 9.30 pm
Admission £7 (Children 6-17 years old only £3, under 6s free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult).
At our ceilidh nights you'll enjoy a variety of dances with a group of friendly and enthusiastic people. We aim to be as inclusive as possible, tailoring the programme to suit the ability level of the dancers attending at every event. All dances are explained and/or demonstrated and walked through first before being done to music, so previous dancing experience is not necessary.
It’s a great place to meet new people, dance and make new friends. There's a dedicated car park on site, and the hall is just a few minutes walk from Gateshead Interchage for metro and bus services. The bar will be open to purchase drinks.
We dance to live music from the Redheughers Ceilidh Band, led by Robin Dunn and Rachael Hales.
