Great easy exercise class ( seated if preferred) in a lovely friendly group of seniors from all walks of life. Fully accesible building and classes suitable especially for seniors - our oldest class member is 93 - so you are never too old! Come and see. Great music and lots of fun with no pressure on anyone to compete !
