Using water’s buoyancy to reduce joint strain and its resistance to build strength, Aqua-Intro is an ideal option for beginners, those recovering from injuries, or anyone seeking a refreshing way to stay active.

£7 per class or £63 for a block payment of 10 classes (does not need to be used consecutively)

Have a membership at our pool? Aquafit is £6 per class for members or £54 for a block payment of 10 classes.
