Enjoy a low-impact, full-body workout in the water that's suitable for all fitness levels. Improve your strength, fitness and wellbeing while meeting new people in a welcoming environment.

• Tuesdays: 12:00PM 
•  Wednesdays: 9:15AM 
•  Aqua Intro (Thursdays): 7:05PM  – great for beginners!

£7 per class or £63 for a block payment of 10 classes (does not need to be used consecutively)

Have a membership at our pool? Aquafit is £6 per class for members or £54 for a block payment of 10 classes.

No booking required! Just turn up and dive in. However, we are working on a booking system to make it even easier for you in the future.
