Activities run by Churches Together in Blaydon

The three churches on Shibdon Road in Blaydon run various events during the week. 

On Mondays 10 - 1pm there is the 'Warm Welcome'  at Trinity Methodist.  It"s a place to catch up with friends, meet new people and have refreshments. We serve soup at 12 noon. Cost: Donations

On Wednesdays at St Joseph's Catholic Church we run the Community Larder all year, with a Warm Space (September - April) The Larder has a selection of fresh food as well as tins, packets, milk and cereal. The Warm Space is open  1 - 3pm and the Larder 1:30 - 3pm. Suggested Donation: £1

On Thursdays, 11:15 - 12:45 there is Lite Bite at St Cuthbert's Church. Here you can have a sandwich, scone a homemade cake and a drink for £3.50. You can come and sit on your own or chat with others or meet new people. Age UK meet here every fortnight.
