Room Hire

We have several rooms available for hire including a classroom, meeting room, quiet room, sensory room and hall. You can find out more about each of them below including pricing.

Hiring a room at St Chads includes;

• Affordable rent including bills and utilities
• Free use of communal areas including kitchen and rest area
• Convenient central location, with excellent parking and transport links
• Free high speed Wi-fi

Hall and Kitchen

Our spacious hall is available for hire for large groups, classes and sessions. The hall includes a servery hatch to a kitchen, use of the kitchen is included in the hire price.

Maximum capacity: 80

Bookings are available Monday-Friday 8am-8pm. Out of hours and weekend bookings are available, but please note there will be additional charges for caretaking costs. Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to book a visit.

Classroom

Our classroom is the ideal space for classes groups and sessions for up to 20 people. We have a fixed projector set up with HDMI connection available at all times. The room also includes facilities to prepare hot drinks.

Price per hour: £15

Maximum capacity: 20

Meeting Room

Our meeting room is a great space for meetings both virtually and in person. We have a screen display set up with whole room video conferencing equipment available. The room also includes facilities to prepare hot drinks.

Price per hour: £15

Maximum capacity: 10 people

Quiet room

Our Quiet room is a intimate private space available for confidential conversations or small group meetings. It has three comfortable chairs and a coffee table with a raisable platform for use with a laptop.

Price: £5/hr 

Sensory room

Our sensory room is a great space for great for childminders, parents, groups or even adults wanting to book a relaxation space for workplaces and groups. The room includes a projector to display video, and a variety of sensory toys and activities.

Price: to be agreed upon booking
