The group meet on the first Wednesday of each month from September to April. The meetings are held at Wesley Memorial Methodist Church, Low Fell, Gateshead NE9 5EY and start at 7.15pm. Free car parking is available at Lowery Lane Car Park.
The talks include a wide range of wildlife topics eg Wild Flowers, Birds, Mammals, Insects, Reptiles and conservation issues.
This is a very friendly group - please bring your friends. Between May and August the Group have outdoor meetings. The venues vary according to the interests of the Group.
Cost: Membership is £6.00 per annum. Visitors £2.00 per meeting. Refreshments 50p.
