Tyne Valley Health & Wellbeing is a community interest company that puts to good use the skills and experience we have both gained in care support and assistance over the years. Whilst at the same time, engaging those who are hard to reach due to: Social Isolation, Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurological Conditions (e.g Dementia).

Our approach has been developed around creating strong community links and partnerships with other non profit organisations with similar aims to ours.
