Sessions aimed at families (both adults and children) to help improve your health and well-being by taking part in fun activities.

Sport sessions ran by Gateshead FC Foundation for boys and girls 6+ and adult sessions ran by Hattrick Project. Families to also join in activities together!

There will also be regular workshops for participants including healthy cooking, mindful crafts, VRU and more!
