Chopwell Community Centre is at the heart of Chopwell village. This is an ex-mining village in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of the West of Gateshead. The Community Centre was established in 1975 and has been serving the community ever since.
We provide a wide range of services to cater for all members of the community.
We have a community gym at £15.00 per month, £5 per week, or £2.00 per session. It is open 8.30am - 9.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am - 1pm and Sunday
