Tai Chi is an excellent way of improving fitness and core strength and it can also improve balance and stability.
Class for all ages are held evert Friday morning starting at 11:30 at Pelaw Community Bowling Club.
Tea and coffee and buscuits and a sociable chat available afterwords.
Newcomers always welcome. Call in any Friday morning, we will be open by 11:15, just ask for Gordon.
Pelaw Community Bowling Club has disabled access and toilet facilities.
