Metafit is a HIIT workout for everyone, combining strength, power and cardio. 

There is no fancy moves, half reps, equipment or choreography to follow. 

Metafit is a certified coach led workout ONLY. This allows coaches to focus on technique, range of motion, intensity and modifying a movement if necessary. 

Boost metabolism, build muscle, burn fat and increase endurance.
