Do you like to meet new people, while raising money for a fantastic cause?
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly volunteers to raise money and awareness for Marie Curie by spending a couple of hours collecting cash donations in your local community.
Your role will include some of the following:
- Confirm your availability for collections which will be pre-booked and communicated to you in advance.
- Attend the collection venue in your community on the collection date.
- Smile and talk to passers-by, collecting cash donations from those who wish to donate.
- Talk to people about the work of Marie Curie Hospice, raising awareness of our impact.
You will be supported in this role by the Collections Organiser, who will offer practical support leading up to the collection and on the day.
This role is suitable for volunteers aged 16+. unless accompanied by an adult

Skills needed
