After a successful grant from the Ballinger Charitable Trust, Dementia Friendly Cinema has returned to the Tyneside Cinema for a series of monthly daytime screenings of great classic movies for people with dementia and their carers and families. These events are also open to everyone and anyone.
Supported by a number of specialist partners, these screenings have trained staff on hand to assist if needed and we show the films with the lights up a little and sound down a touch in our beautiful Classic auditorium.
