The Jungle Body is a combination of several programmes; KONGA (a wild mash up of Boxing, Kickboxing, Cardio, Afro, Pop, Rock, Pilates, Disco and everything else in between), VYPA (hardcore high intensity interval training inspired by Tabata, incorporating Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Cage Fighting, Capoeira, Plyometrics and Sports Specific Training. Alternating between aerobic and anaerobic intervals set to spine-tingling Electronic, Dubstep and Hip Hop Music) and TYGA (the world's first Hip Hop, Dancehall, Ragga & Afro based fitness workout using the latest, greatest and best music from around the world). It is the perfect concoction of easy-to-do moves, insane music and routines that are specifically designed to shape, sculpt and redefine your physique.
