Connect 5

Connect 5 is a mental health promotion training programme.  It is designed to increase the confidence of front line staff so they can be more effective in having conversations with the people they work with about mental health and well-being, help people to manage mental health problems and increase their resilience and mental well-being through positive changes.

On this page you’ll find links to the resources discussed in our Connect 5 training sessions.

Where relevant, as well as the web link, we have attached documents to this page including PDFs, word documents, powerpoints etc.
