We recently were visited by teenagers from the National citizenship scheme who spent 2 days helping us with various jobs as part of their course. We were grateful for their help and hope they enjoyed themselves despite the bad weather. Santander also sent a group to do a community day and achieved quite a bit. They continued the patio in the courtyard garden, built a seating area in the wildlife garden and started the mural inside the country bothy. We would like to express our appreciation for their hard work. Many more people are finding us. All the wood which we had saved has now been mulched into bark, and we have been donated a lot of slate chippings and gravel which we are putting to good use.
