Our Gateshead

Naturally Social Volunteer Group

About us:

We would like to invite you to join our Naturally Social volunteer group in building connections with the natural world and other people. Through a programme of events in Consett, Stanley, Derwentside and the surrounding areas, members of the group will be supported closely by the Naturally Social Team. This could be in developing relationships with the environment, gaining new skills, meeting new people, and improving important community spaces and wildlife sites.

Get involved with our informative talks, practical site maintenance, monitoring & surveying, guided walks and more.

There are so many positive aspects associated with being in and around nature. Who knows what benefits you could gain from being a part of Naturally Social!
