Our report "Appletree Grange Care Home Enter and View Report - January 2026" is now available.
On the morning of Wednesday 23rd July 2025, an announced Enter and View visit was carried out by two Authorised Enter and View Representatives, with the aim of identifying what aspects of the service work well and where things can be improved.
