Our Gateshead

Hearing Loss Support

About us:

Provides help, advice, demonstrates equipment and home visits for NHS hearing aid users

A Gateshead based charity formed to provide the services formally available from Hearing Concern. A drop in centre is now open in Jackson House, Jackson Street, Gateshead and will provide the following services: help, advice on care and use of hearing aids, information about equipment specific to those with a hearing loss, batteries and retubing. In addition we visit hard of hearing clubs, nursing and care homes and we provide home visits to the housebound. We also arrange day trips and respite breaks.

Drop-in is open Monday Tuesday & THursday between 10am and 12 noon

Wednesday between 1pm and 3pm.

We also hold a drop-in at Trinity Church High Street, Gateshead on Friday mornings between 10am and 12 noon

You can contact us at our office or you can telephone Doug White on 0191 410 6272.
