Room Hire within GVOC.

Did you know that GVOC has meeting rooms available for hire? 

We have 5 meeting rooms available for hire, of various sizes, seating from 4 people to 20 people.  The largest meeting rooms, suitable for 15 and 20 people, are both fully accessible and have hearing loop systems.

The charges are as follows:

ROOM HIRE CHARGES FROM 1 September 2011

All Rooms Monday – Friday

Full Day 9.00 am – 4.30 pm

Half Day 9.00 am – 12.45 pm or 1.00 pm – 4.30 pm

£6.00 per hour (small rooms)                      £10.00 per hour (large rooms)

£24.00 half day                                       £40.00 half day

£48.00 full day                                        £80.00 full day

NON-MEMBERS & NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS

£8.00 per hour (small rooms)                      £12.00 per hour (large rooms)

PRIVATE/STATUTORY ORGANISATIONS

£15.00 per hour (small rooms)                    £20.00 per hour (large rooms)
