Friends of Saltwell Park
We look to promote and protect the well being and enjoyment of the Park for the benefit of the local community.
Saltwell Park has recently been awarded the prestigious Green Flag. The Green Flag Award is the national standard for parks and green spaces in England and Wales and recognises and rewards the best green spaces in the country. Representing quality, the Award is a sign to visitors that a park has met strict criteria, which among other things require it to be a clean, safe and welcoming place to spend time.
This is the fourth time the Park has won this award.
Much of the success is due to the hard work and dedication of the park staff and The Friends of Saltwell Park.
