Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service are holding their Gateshead District Open Day from 11am to 3pm on Sunday the 10th July at Gateshead Central Community Fire Station in Low Fell.

The fun filled day is aimed at highlighting home safety and will include stalls from various partner agencies. There will also be fire fighting displays and road traffic collision demonstrations at specific times throughout the day. Last but not least there are lots of fun things for everyone such as, face painting, henna tattoos and Indian dance performances. The event is free and everyone is welcome.
