Meeting Room Available To Hire at Gateshead Older People's Assembly |
Meeting Room Available For Hire.
Rates are £30 per session.
Room available for sessions between 9.30am and 12.30pm ( 3 hours) 1pm and 4.pm (3 hours). Full day hire not available.
Price includes use of Projector, Projector Screen, Laptop and Flip Board ( Paper and Pens not supplied).
Refreshments and Catering can be provided ( Please contact us for details and prices)
Room can sit upto 16 (Board Room Style) or 20 (Theater Style). Seating can be adapted to suit your requirements.
Room and Toilet Facilities are Wheelchair Accessible (via rear of building, access leads directly into Meeting Room from rear Car Park)
